Ready Seat Belt is the homepage of William Tjipto. Born and raised in lovely Southern California, he is now an expatriate living in a small, coastal city in Fukui Prefecture, Japan.
He finds beauty in the strange, foreign, and unique, though the daily is just as wonderful.
He yearns to drive on the curviest mountain roads and eat his way around the world. Along the way, he'll try to write something witty, take pictures, and produce some videos.
